Celebrating a 20 year partnership

Following a competitive Tender process, Kindred are celebrating a contract award that will take them to 20 years of working in partnership with Galliford Try Facilities Management (GTFM).

We are delighted to have been awarded a further Contract for the provision of Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Hygiene Waste and Pest Control Services from GTFM, which will take our working relationship to a minimum of 20 years. GTFM provide Hard and Soft FM Services to 12 West Midlands Schools as part of a 30 Year Contract under a PFI agreement, Kindred have been delivering the exacting requirements to this Contract since 2007.

Kindred Managing Director, Simon Wrenn, said:  “Our relationship with GTFM represents what we are trying to achieve with all our Clients, which is a true partnership.  We have always had a clear understanding of their specific requirements and have been able to utilise our experience to react and respond to those needs as they’ve naturally evolved over the years. We are thrilled to have won this further Contract extension.”

We have built a strong working relationship with them over this time.  It is only through clear communication, full understanding and knowledge of the Contractual requirements coupled with a desire to not only meet but to exceed Client expectations.  GTFM are able to depend on Kindred for their specialist Cleaning expertise, including their experience and knowledge of the Education sector.
